ERm no i would have said they look about right, however the rider should note riding in wellies is unacceptable and they really must try and put more weight through the heel!
I suggest they need to keep their heels down more as they are likley to exit the front door when that mighty beastie clears it's next 4ft fence. Otherwise I see no issue?
Ok, I know you'll all probably slag me off and say "it's only a joke" etc, etc, but I think if I had seen this, I'd either have pushed the rider off or reported her to the RSPCA. Can't find anything amusing at all about it.

Slag you off? I don't think so, I'll tell you right now. As most people appreciate, a photo is a snap shot in time - therefore how exactly do you know that this person a) hadn't just ridden the pony 2 miles up from the field or b) was just gently sitting on it? You don't don't do you? No, I thought not! I happen to know the answer and it sure as hell isn't the former of the 2 options!! Also, do you know the age of the pony, the stage of it's training or the weight of the person? Yet again NO!! I do, otherwise I would not have condoned such a thing happening!
