And that attitude is why my dog never goes in kennels, and I hope he will never need to... :rolleyes: If I am handing over my money, I expect to be treated as a client rather than a 'nuisance'.

I wouldn't put my dog into a kennels that wasn't going to exercise him either.

Nor mine. Actually, I think the UK has a bit of catching up to do re: kennels. There are definitely some fabulous operations out there--Cayla's place comes to mind :D--but the majority of places, from conversations I've had with friends/family back home, seem to be situations where dogs live in a kennel run for the week, with no real exercise.

Cayla, dont be silly! You have FAR too much going on to be trying to fit my two mentalists in, it would have been great what with picking my gran up etc but I gave you very little notice and its entirely my fault for not looking at kennels earlier. I just assumed they would walk as standard :o
