Is this sig too large?

Hmmm... looking at other peoples' it's far too large... I think this is an easy fix...

Sorry to hijack, but does anyone know why I'm not allowed to upload images for a sig? Do you have to ask for permission from the fat controller or something? Or do you have to have posted a certain amount? Thanks.
 
I've uploaded this pic to photobucket, then edited it on there and copied the image code across to here.

I'm not sure how I'd go about adding multiple images along the bottom though like most people do.

nope you should be able to do it straight away, there is a size limit though so you might be trying to add something that's too big :)

if you've got Paint on your computer (think it's standard software with a lot of pc's / laptops) then you can create it in there by pasting in the piccies you want and resizing. max size allowed is 700 x 200 so you've got plenty of length left to use just not much height;)

Hmmm... can't remember whether I've set this to 200 or 250...?

Not honestly sure if I have got paint... I've got an apple. Bet there is apple paint download. So what sort of file would I save it as? Does paint save a jpeg?
 
Your current siggie is 250 x 161 - plenty of room left :)

Yes paint saves as a jpeg, hopefully your apple will have something similar (and free ... and if you're lucky more sophisticated!) on it.
 
Ah, clever, thank you. How on earth can you tell the size of my siggie just like that? Gosh, I'm only 24 and I'm already being left behind by the world of technology :-D
 
Ah... I don't even get properties on a right click on a mac... stupid thing is wasted on me! Far easier to use, apparently (I still haven't sussed it after 3 years).
