that my LOvElY bf said he so sick of me moaning about not getting the jorses out that he'll buy me a trailer????

very very scary stuff. he wants yo go and look at them at the highland....also scared as baby horse doesnt like travelling but surely if i had my own transport he'd get better with practice????

please cross your fingera peeps :-) oh yeah and do you think baby horse would get bettee? hes never been in a trailer before....

Very exciting :D

And you need to teach baby horse to be good with travel. Getting in a trailer or box and travelling at speed when your legs aren't moving isn't something particularly natural for horses :) Think of things from his point of view and put the time into teaching him it's safe :)

Well if hes anything like mine no prob, picked him up from sales straight on lorry and when he went to be backed 3 weeks later same again only trouble was taking him off he was far too comfortable lol

I bought a trailer when my girl was a yearling, best thing I ever did as could feed her in there, load unload etc as much I needed to. Then again with partitions in. Had to engage the help of friends who told me to go and do other stuff as found it traumatic when girlie danced (impatience to get to 'the party').
Good luck!!:)
