Thank you for your lovely kind offer..... however I think I would last about 5 secs before she drove me mad with the jogging.

P is a 16 year old R.I.D. and he has been there done it all

You name and he has probably tried it! SJ, XC, Dressage, Eventing, Showing, WH and Hunting

I think he actually loves the variety; if he gets bored after a few weeks jumping, I just take him to the beach or XC and let him blow some steam; it always seem to do the trick

Well this is the first year I've felt George has been ready to get out properly.

My training is always dressage focused as that's my love, but for his brain we do a bit of everything.

My hubby hacks him and takes him XC and I've done quite a bit of gridwork and hope to do an SJ class soon.

We also plan to have a go at showing this year (so may aim for some workers) and plan to take him to some ID breed classes.

So yes in answer to your question he is very multi-functional

Because we've had him since he was just backed, his education has always been very important to me, and I'm lucky my looney hubby helps me make it a well rounded one

I compete all mine who can be competed. I do expect it of them (unless they're too old or whatever!), but saying that I dont go beyond what they're capable, so Id do unaffiliated stuff (mainly SJ and ODE's). If they're good at something then Ill affiliate (unless its dressage which we're never any good at anyway!). But Ill still try and change what they do so occassionally Ill do fun things with them like the odd pleasure ride or even mounted games! I think its all good for their training to get as much experience in different things, plus it stops them going stale in one disipline.
