Is your horse naturally fat or thin?

heffalump in the summer, a bit better in the winter but could never be described as thin. She may have ribs but I have yet to feel them never mind see them!
 
Despite being a TB, mine is a good doer and got quite fat over the summer, especially when he had 3 weeks off while i was on hol.
 
I wouldn't call Maiden naturally fat as such, but she is a good doer and naturally has a big belly (just the way she's built) hence she amlost always looks fat even when I weigh her and she's not! She does however lose condition easily and starts looking poor ("staring" coat, flanks sink, backside disappears). So I find her very difficult to feed to keep the weight off and the condition on! She's currently very fat though, and I can't get it off her!
