Please note this is not an advert but a desperate plea to those who had yards registered so appreciated if it can stay on the board for at least a little while :(

The other evening the server hosting ******* went down so devastatingly after all of my endless hard work over the last 4 months through inadequate back up by the web hosters we have lost details of all of the 600 or so yards listed- the entire database and it seems it is unlikely the website people can retrieve it

Therefore i am requesting that all yard owners who had yards listed on there re-register for a new listing. I am sorry this is a pain but is something completely out of my control and if people want to reply with their web addresses, PM them to me or email me through the site i am happy to create a listing on their behalf.

I have lost all contact details of the yards that were listed through this so am desperately trying to contact everyone by all means possible. The website is pretty much up and running as normal and listings continue to be free and as extensive as ever. You cannnot believe how piddled off i am by this and hope everyone will continue to support by re-registering their yards ;)

Thank you (and i hope moderators leave this up fr a little while at least)

Morning! Heard on Friday that the database has definately been lost in the depth of the internet somewhere.. grrrr. So if you had a yard listed and please re-register, new yards can still register too- site is all back to normal now and listings still free. Thank you!

:) :) :)

I did wonder!
Isnt there anyway to email to all registered??

Tbh - If you have lost it once, its not the greatest confidence giver to those using the website to put another listing on...

I dont mean to be rude- Its a great site that I like using - but livery yard owners are usually very busy people!

Little bit rude haha ;)

Trust me i completely understand but as a horse owner, parent of two small chidren and with two jobs i have also put hours and hours of my life into this over the last few months to provide a free service, fully funded by myself, for yard owners so trust me the worst thing that could have happened did to watch all that work go down the drain!

Good reason for YO's to re-register is that i have just formed a partnership with the BHS to promote their approved establishment schemes and to work with them to promote other schemes they are bringing in and the site was just about to be updated with it all when it went.

No way to email all those listed as they were all on the yard database. Stern words have been had with the web hostibng comany and it WILL NOT happen again :)

Hence why i have also said if people give me their details/ website address or whatever i will re-list for them but to be honest it only takes 5 minutes anyway and who wouldn't want free advertising, you cant get a free listing like that anywhere else! :) :) :)
