Isabel

I've posted elsewhere already but so sorry to hear this, huge hugs to you and Isabel. Not somethiing I have ever had happen, so no ideas I am afraid.

I'm so sorry to hear this J. Cant imagine how you must be feeling :( Massive hugs to Isabel too. Did the vets give you know clue as to a cause? Have to admit it left me a bit dumbfounded, never heard of a bitch loosing pups that far gone. No help I'm afraid. Just offering more hugs! x

We had a terrier lose a litter around the same time, and her second litter were all still born.

Afraid to say we don't know why as the decision was taken not to try again, nor put her through investigation.

How sad Silly Sausage :-( your poor terrier must have been beside herself :-(
We will wait for the results of the swabs before we decide anything.
At the moment I just want to get her back to herself.

Very much so. In fact it was considered that her anxiety was large contributing factor to the two litters, as she was seen to shake quite a lot during her pregnancies.

She is very happy mothering all of the other litters, but considering they are spaniels/labradors she soons loses interest when they become bigger than her :)

Will be watching with interest to see what you find out, I hope it is nothing too serious and that Isabel is not too upset by it all.
