ISH breeders - Ireland

I will be looking to buy a new horse feb / march time and want an ISH preferably broken 4 year old. I ideally want to buy one from the breeder rather than the sales and have a sensible but not gigantic budget. My previous horse was from Lowhill horses but came via goresbridge. Could any Irish forum members recommend any good breeders to contact? I can't find much in England to look at without a bit of warmblood in there which I don't want.

You'd find the same problem in Ireland - and you're obviously not talking to the right people here. Some of us stick pretty religiously to the ID/TB mix.

Try the Irish Horse Breeders page on Facebook. And as Janet suggests, it's also well worth looking for ID x TB youngsters over here, there are a number of people who breed that traditional type.
