Hi I have a ISH mare who is in foal but would like to grade her, who can I grade her with? Any ideas welcome (she's in England)

Is she a 'proper' ISH mare (i.e. one RID parent.) If so, you could grade her on the Supplementary Register of the Irish Draught Horse Society - she would automatically qualify as a Sport Horse with ANY proven RID breeding.
But if she's in foal to a stallion graded by SHB then that might be your better bet.
Hi She is a ISH by White Clover, so his sire is Clover Hill RID. Her dam is a main ISH studbook mare. My mare is main ISH studbook, she's in foal to a ISH stallion who is graded with the Irish Horse Board (and others). Does the Irish Horse Board have gradings in England?

No. Irish Sport Horse mares who are in the main studbook ARE ISH (presume she has a green passport.) Only stallions are graded. Same in the UK.
Many perfectly good studbooks do not require mares to be graded.
Based on your description of the mare and the sire she is in foal to, this foal may be registered with the Irish Horse Board, KWPN, Belgian Warmblood, and Zangersheide. Upon request the foal probably could be registered with the AES.
The easiest thing would be to register the foal with the IHB since they know both the sire and dam.
Thanks JanetGeorge I'm used to german breeds that grade their mares. My mare has a green passport and i know i can reg foally without a problem, but would have liked to prove i have a good mare for breeding, as she is only 6 this year and going to be a brood mare full time (old injury).
The ISH studbook does have a premier mare scheme (details on website). Qualifing mares are given a grant and gain premier mare status. The evaluations only take place in Ireland but you should have a look at the criteria.
