Just a happy post, buzzing after my lesson today as Pip was amazing. Never thought I'd have a horse this talented, he floated round, and enjoyed it too! Nearly made this exact same post yesterday, as he was amazing then, and the day before, and the day before that. 
It's been a rollercoaster with him, and there are times when I have come so so close to giving up competing, but I just wanted to say if you feel like you're not getting anywhere with your horse, persevere, the hard work pays off eventually!!
He is a very complicated horse to ride, made me realise I really needed to up my riding skills!
It's taken two years but we have just turned a corner, and he's realised he is a dressage pony not a racehorse!
