It doesn't show him at his best

Looking for a youngster just now and it's amazing how many photos and vids are prefixed with "It doesn't show him at his best". Why would you use it then. Why not get one that does

Generally annoys me too!

But, reminds me of one baby, who is stunning in person, he'd be one I'd personally keep entire a bit longer and run on as he's got a real X factor about him....but, I'll be damned if I can get one decent photo of him!!!! So, I may just have to buy him. Seems the obvious thing to do.

That be why I now have 3 of my own possibly....after originally trying to go horseless for a while!


I have my eye on a little welsh A/cob riding pony type yearling here atm....Why?!? I have no idea!!! I 'like' him.....Ignoring the fact that I'd NEVER be able to even fit one bum cheek in a saddle on him lol!!!!!

I would usually agree, but I have to say I have a 2 year old who was for sale - not now - who can switch it on amazingly in the field, but turns into Kevin the Teen in the school or when brought in for photos...all he really needs is a hoodie to get the slouch down pat. I have given up and will wait until he is under saddle next year to get some... I think that may have been his ploy all along!

I think some of them know when you've got a camera out. My cob poses like a pro but my mare actively sticks her ears back and sneers at anyone with a camera. Takes major bribery to get a nice shot of her!

Technically I have 4 one on loan who is being sold but they are paying her up and another one on loan who is going back some time. So I may have five shortly lol

Lol but I am doing a 9 hour drive to see them. I'd like the best pics possible before I set out

I recently sold my beautiful gelding, he was a minimally marked American paint, perfect conformation and a really handsome face but try and get a photo of him looking that way? Nah! He would never stand square, ears resting backwards looking like the seaside donkey he really was. I miss him.
