So I was massaging a young horse today and a few things struck me.....
1) While pushing with all my might on a horse's withers with my arms outstretched and my legs behind me - I am inadvertently exercising my core muscles - I SHOULD have a six pack by now
2) I get nibbled while working and know instinctively when the nibble is going to turn into a nip. I have reflexes like a cat
3) While holding one hind leg in a passive stretch, I turn my body and twist round to touch the horse's pelvis in a distinctly Yoga style move - I SHOULD be more flexible by now .
4) I regularly put my hands up into the horse's groin area and then forget to wash my hands before I eat in the car afterwards .
5) Only in this job do clients flop down for an inpromptu micro snooze in the middle of a session
