WOOP!

Brilliant! Yes please, which one did you use? I've been treating a sarcoid with Ditton cream and Thuja tablets and it's nearly gone, but there's a little lump left and the cream's run out. It was quite gross to treat, bits kept falling off and then it would bleed... but worth it.

I didnt put anything on my horses sarcoid, but i decided i was going to start the process of having it removed so either the day before the vet came or the morning the vet came i took her rug off and it had gone, no idea where it went wasnt in her stable? Then i got the vet to feel around the area to see if it had actually gone and he said he could still feel something inside, but ever since (touch wood) its cleared up she doesnt even have a scar either

Duraphat is a prescription only toothpaste before people ask where they can get it. My horses sarcoids also went with duraphat :)

Possibly she had it charmed while you were out?

My grandmother had warts on her hands which she could not get rid of. So she went to see a 'charmer' who said "Write your name and address on a bit of paper and how many warts you have. Scrunch it up and throw it down the toilet. Flush the toilet." It worked and all her troublesome warts disappeared by magic.

no idea what happened but glad it went, this is my previous post http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=561166

but the sarcoid ended up looking like this:

sorry if the picture is big, i put vaseline on it to stop the flies thats why its shiney.

my mare ended up lame in august (celulitis) so while the vet was there i got him to look and he confirmed it was a sarcoid and gave me choices on what to do, we decided to leave it and see what happens as i had the vet coming back out beg of sept for vaccination. In that time it got aggressive was growing quickly so I called the vet to start the process of having the liverpool cream.. i cant remember either the day before or day the vet came it was gone in the morning.. I was in so much shock I had the vet check but he said he could feel something inside still but left it see what happens. Now there isnt anything no mark nothing inside it feels all normal.

No idea what she done but its gone thank god!

Zoon: Prescription only. And also available on ebay ;)

Rollin : whilst you may mock, have a look at the other toothpaste thread: there's quite a few people saying they actually did successfully treat their own warts with toothpaste. Probably cheaper than a Charmer to!

ANY toothpaste with fluoride of 1450ppm, colgate, aquafresh etc - i used co-op value toothpaste to remove a nasty ulcerating sarcoid on an ear- it went from unable to wear a bridle to completely gone in a month..for 92p
