Treat for feather mites.

Thanks! Should have added his legs are clipped he isnt a hairy cob! I will take another look tomor an get something!

Being clipped it will be easier to treat, but the leg stamping and rubbing are classic signs of feathermites.
Usually Dectomax injections from the vet will clear them, but you could try Frontline spray.

I do have to treat for mites but water seems to set mine off - its some form of dermatitis. We've got lots of mud fever type infections on our yard as well so if the usual mite stuff doesn't work then look at antibacterial or antifungal washes.

Thank you!! I have frontline was planning on using tomor! Il stick with that idea an see how it goes x

Hmm interesting seems worse after washing legs but didnt know if its because i have washed them or just because he is in for me to see what he is doing
