Itchy Tail

My horse won't stop itching his tail/bum, he has been wormed and i can't see any lice or anything, what could it be? And what can i do?

Pinworms would be my first suspicion, and after a thread here recently, it seems Strongid- P is the wormer to use. Do a search on here, some good threads.
