I have ordered twice from them. First product came after three months which was ridiculous and it only came after phoning a few times. They keep blaming their suppliers and Covid! Stupidly I ordered a second time and after waiting four months and phoning three times, I cancelled, was told the same thing that refund would be done, not to worry. I eventually left a message when their number went to voicemail and threatened to report them. Refund came the next day. The issue with them is that they don't keep anything in stock, no warehouse, nothing. The lead in time they give you is how long they think an order will take to reach them from their supplier. So they hang on to your money and use it to pay for the product, minus their mark-up. Except they stuff up a simple thing like checking something is in stock with their supplier before they advertise it on their site. Won't touch them with a bargepole.
