Hey Picklenash I believe you might have been Gazehound among others, that was a great name. Sorry I haven't introduced myself properly but I have no idea how to do photos and I knew they would be demanded. I need someone to explain in words of one syllable and not computer speak. I'm a sighthound and flatcoat owner.

Hello!!
CC - I'm on 8 at the moment! Few updates. Sadly Jake left us earlier in the year. As you know he was a rescue and despite our best efforts with him his past was never to leave and it was kinder to let him go. However, he had a few wonderful years with us which he wouldn't have had if we hadn't taken him on which i take pride in.
Ellie, my black and white springer died in May this year at the age of 12. She was still out working until the end of the shooting season Feb 2013 in full health and in May she decided she was ready to leave. She was PTS lying on my lap in the middle of the field in the sunshine.
Kensa, Maisy, Daisy, Tilly, Indie, Fern and Willow are all fine and dandy and enjoying the shooting season. Maisy has turned out to be a real machine for picking up. So SO pleased with her. She's currently in Aylesbury with my dad - he's been away shooting all week so she's picking up for him.
I have acquired a new pup - Ellie's great granddaughter Rio. Typical mad spangle, currently 8 months old and sharp as anything. Exciting prospects for her next season.
MM - Hello!! How are you?
SLR - I'm near Newquay. Where are you?
Alec - Hello! I'm always so tempted to get another cocker but will think about that next summer. Any more litters planned? Let me know! I will get some pics up soon. Just waiting for internet at my new house.
Twizzel - Walk sounds good. Maybe give you a shout over the xmas break if you're keen?

I'm down in Goonhilly near Helston , i take it you own spangles? I've got a 2 year old sprocker and just bought a 8 week springer.. if you shoot a fair bit, you may know his breeders.. they live in Penzance and shoot every week in the season i think.
