As title really.

How is everyone today?

I'm bored and really putting off going back down to the yard as it's so god damn cold out!
Came off yesterday and then got trodden on in the process [by the flipping 17.3hher of all the horses!!!]....so am now sporting a rather numb and hurty leg [though no bruising yet....which I'm rather intrugued by as to what that will look like finally!!!] . Which I tried riding on earlier and failed miserably.....so lunging day for the horses it has been. Followed by pub lunch...so not tooooo bad apart from the cold weather and lack of riding!

What's everyone else up to? [I'm still stalling going back outside haha :) ]

I can say this because m'neds are done, I've ridden, I've just had a warm bath, the fire is roaring, and I believe there is a cup of tea and a buttered crumpet on its way to me :D :D :D

I know the feeling, I hate the cold but I think I would hate it even more with a poorly leg lol!

Thursday is my day off :D (I have a sharer) so I am very grateful to not have to go up the yard today as it is freeeezing!! Treating myself out to dinner tonight with a friend tonight too :P

Just get it over with :D

It is indeed very cold. Although I have survived that. I didn't survive the hay run though... had to get two bales on the wheelbarrow from the top barn and I've done me back in.... ouch. :(
 
Erm.....I could google the defination of that paper for you and hand that in?!?!? Best I could do.....LOL.

I'm back in now. I need to be cold more often...didn't want to stop moving and got a bit OTT doig straw runs, so horses got supersized beds double their normal size haha!

Google is acceptable....how on earth do you think I'm doing it?!! Proud to report I'm now on 1,044 words...getting there....

Awww, I'm sure they will appreciate their snuggly massive beds in this weather!!
 
I wish I was in the cold at the yard! Still waiting on confirmation of when exactly my new boy will arrive - hopefully saturday or sunday, fingers crossed. So instead of bonding with new horsie, I spent all day trying to concentrate on lecturing in uni then teaching music in a freezing music centre up here... playing piano in gloves, fun!

Now having to listen to my housemate - who has a severe dose of man-flu - whining constantly. I may get him to write a will leaving all his money to me, since apparently he may not make it through the night :D
