so spoke with sharer, as a few of you had suspected he was indeed thinking the same as me and knew he'd taken on too much, but was worried to tell me.

he doesnt want the extra 2 weeks i offered, and says he doesnt need me to help him find another, fair play to him i suppose.. bit disappointed that he didnt want to come see fox again to say bye or whatever, i guess he just wanted to bail out asap!

glad i dont need to worry anymore and that its sorted out.

it totally is! feeling better now i can get fox working properly again, picked up a few bad habits since sharer was letting him away with murder and was too scared to be firm!

thanks ems. yeah probably, looking but im not taking anyone on til the issues with fox just now have been sorted. wouldnt be fair on fox or a new sharer xx
