Shes beautiful and I absolutely adore her, but oh my goodness ?
The extra full (61") reins that I bought arrived on Tuesday and we tried them yesterday. Still not long enough!
I'll be having a look at Sabre to see what I can get as they seem to be highly recommended. Thank you to those that replied to my other thread!
She's so beautiful and, for a very gangly and uncoordinated 4yo, moves really nicely. If I'm never brave enough to really get the jumping going, I think we'll have a lot of fun with dressage ?? leaving her an extra year before breaking was definitely the best plan and I definitely won't be doing much with her this year. Looking at her as she is, hacking and a very small amount of work in the arena is all she'll do. If she somehow fits in my trailer (doubt it!) we may hire an arena so that she can have a look at a new environment, maybe see about heading over to a local venue if they're happy for me to bring her so that she can see what it's all about. Then hopefully next year we'll have our dancing shoes on and get to a few (low level) competitions!
