Well tonight i decide that im going to paint my living room.
So i go and fetch the paint i want but when it comes to opening the damned thing i couldnt get the lid off.
*ding* bright idea -- go get sharp knife from kitchen to peirce lid so i can prize it off.
Hold can with hand, lift knife high...........bang missed can and knife went straight in my hand.
OUCH!!!!!
sat there in silence for a few seconds in disbelief then pulled knife out......blood started pumping at this point so ran to bathroom to put hand under tap.....really hurt and then wrapped my hand in tissue.
By this point i started to shake, think i was a little bit shocked lol.
anyway i have been to a&e and had it cleaned and stitched but i feel so stupid lol, i have got to go and have it checked with the nurse on friday to make sure that there is no infection etc.
Not everyday someone can say what a complete plum they are by stapping themselves lol
