Can anybody help please.....I'm going to a show tomorrow with my little coloured cob. He was covered in stable stains so I bought the Lynne Russell stain away stuff to put on his white bits. I followed the instructions (spray on dry coat, leave for 5-10 minutes, wash off then shampoo as normal). Well, all the stable stains have turned orange!!! He now looks awful. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do. I have been scrubbing for the last 2 hours and it's just not making a difference. Short of clipping him before 7am tomorrow I just don't know what else might work and I can't show him in the state he's in!! Help please thank you x

no idea! but fingers crossed

Hi Clairel, I've been scrubbing with White & Bright and it just doesn't work!! I have some Daz at home so will give it a go first thing tomorrow morning. Thanx for that, never thought of washing powder.

Try a normal hair shampoo with lemon in it, the lemon should lift out the stain. Good luck with the show:)

Thank you so much everyone....I'm armed with washin powder, fairy liquid, lemon and bi carb of soda!! Hopefully something will work and if not his legs may just fall off so I won't be going to the show anyway!!!

Will do. I've tried every white horse shampoo known to man i think, spent a fortune and none of them work so i am hoping simple lemon, washing powder or bi carb of soda will work. It will definately save me a small fortune so will def let you know if any work. xx
