Saw something tonight that really upset me. Think heavy handling of a mare and foal...

I'm not sure what else to say really still quite upset and quite cross too.

Just opened my eyes a little to what some horses lives are like, the not so lucky ones.

Basic gist... owner trying to load mare and foal onto trailer, puts them in stable to catch foal (by the too tight headcollar it has on)... literally drags foal (by said headcollar) across to trailer, poor foal stumbles backwards into a few things whilst slipping on the concrete, he then drags it onto the trailer after its mum, of course foal pretty terrified by this point. Felt so sorry for it.

There is only going to be so long he can drag it around before it starts dragging him around...

Some people really should just not be allowed to have horses.
