It's the little things in life that make you the happiest.
Ranger is our oldest and longest standing resident. He is 30yo and has been here since 1999. Geeg has sired all bar one of our foals since then (that makes it sound like a lot but it's actually only 8 ?) He is so kind and polite to his mares, he is a total doddle to deal with and always has been. A total gent through and through. He has had sweetich his whole life but only 1 of his offspring has it and that one was crossed with a sweetitch mare. So in summer and autumn when the flies are at their worst he only goes out for 15mins a day - he won't stay out any longer he will bring himself in and there's nothing you can do to stop him ? but in winter he will stay out all day long. His teeth are dodgy but he loves his mushy feeds and he still loves going for a jump start every so often ? Geeg can also still seriously move when he wants to! A trait which he passes onto his offspring along with his proper big round feet and his fantastically wonderful temperament.
