Am enjoying my week off, despite having caught death and all the stress with Finni's eyes, yesterday! lol.

So, am taking it easy this weekend. Going XC schooling with friend on Sat and chilling out on Sunday

I have a weekend off the horse [shock horror] am of to Edinburgh for a suprise weekend away with the husband.

Am sure the beast will be thirlled - he was out both days last weekend and needs a weekend off I think.

Off to Uni to actually do work today and tomorrow, then my young horse is arena eventing on Saturday and then BSJA at Weston Lawns on Sunday with other. Will be a long day if it is as packed out as it was last week! Might even be brave and do the 1m25 class.

Nothing this weekend, P has the physio tomorrow, saddles were all adjusted yesterday so hopefully that side is sorted now. Fingers crossed the physio can help. The saddler noticed that there is muscle wastage behind the rhs shoulder/wither area so now I feel even more guilty about the saddles not fitting properly.

I'm off to Weston Lawns on Sunday again to have another crack at the 1m Am Champs class and I'm going to try my hardest to stay on board this time

I am considering going to The Hand to do the two 1.10 classes at their BSJA show tomorrow. Depends how lively I'm feeling!!
Saturday probs wont do anything, sunday is the hunt point-to-point so shall most likely go down there.

Well, I've got to take Bonnie to the Farrier on SAturday - a real pain but never mind. Will hack her before hand hopefully.

sunday - have friend coming to have a look at her, and give some ideas on how to improve bits and bobs as my recent dressage test wastn' all that great - however the fact that she behaved does mean alot! LOL!!!

crazy.gif
) then will see how she is - if no better will have to get vet out. It is very slight lameness but has put paid to a last trip out with the bloodhounds

oh - when my old horse went a bit funny in his shoulder, it was actually his hind leg - pelvis type thing but he was showing lameness in front.

just an idea..

glad yours eats bute - mine doesn't at all!

I've got a lesson this Sunday but apart from that my weekend is going to be pretty quite. Looking forward to me lesson though as i am hoping it will get our jumping back on track

Last time she did this I had the physio out and she had no stiffness in her back or pelvis area - and the lameness is very slight, but not keen on turning on the forehand inhand - very stiff

Not out myself but will be a t Sheepgate watvhing on Saturday - will look out for you Bananaman - always wanted to see your lad but missed you every time!
