If you want to do something on western, I have loads of contacts, including the person who gave Jamie Oliver lessons before he did his programme on Wyoming.
They're very used to converting sceptical blokes to riding! PM me if you like

Hiya. If you can include a fabulous Bay Andalusian in your line-up then please give me a call. Hopefully you still have my number! (K in Warminster). He would love to be on the telly. He's doing great by the way! Did you find that lovely lady the right horse yet?????

Thank you for all your responses, K in Warminster: thanks no the lovely lady has decided a different route, long story as you can imagine, if i see you i will update you!!!!

I have had some radio coverage on Radio 4,local radio and in Horse and Hound through my equine scam work i have been doing and i guess they just heard about me through that. It is very exciting but i am glad it is the horses that will be in front of the camera and not me!!!! Miranda.

I probably worded that incorrectly, sounds like i am doing the scamming!

Discovered lots of adverts and photos from genuine adverts in the uk had been copied and had the contact details changed to a scammers email and phone number. Do see back issues of Horse and Hound or my website http://www.calmequestrian.co.uk

Have been working with the police, local press, radio etc to spread the word about it and still have people contacting me as they have nearly fallen for it. Now involves cobs as well as foreign breeds.

I have had lots of ads removed and websites closed down but we still need to be wary. The last scammer had a valid address, when i contacted the people at the address they were horrified to find out someone had been using their address as a false address for selling horses they did not own.
All this in the UK although the scammers are usually abroad and the adverts look genuine.

Miranda
