nice, but you may be better off with a 14.2 as then they will find the eventing easier for striding. plus 141 is basically 13.3hh...

141CM's is not quite 14 hands. He looks sweet, he is the same size as my boys, and Simalar build to Pip. I am 5 foot 4 and look big on him, but not too big IMO.
It depends what you want to do. I'd have though slighly bigger and more full up would be more suited as an allrounder.

Well im 5ft6 and my pony is 14hh and my youngster is due to make 13.2hh so your definately fine if your only 5ft3.

Spooks is 14.1 and i am 5ft 2 - I think he is the perfect height for me and I must say I get really annoyed by people obsessed with getting large horses that they dont need because 'that is the done thing'.
Spooks will quite happily jump a large XC or SJ course, do a decent dressage test, do endurance etc etc etc - OK so fair enough, sailing huge hedges when out hunting and flying round badmington next year are a bit unlikely, but for you average pony/riding club rider, get what you like and feel comfortable on - even if that is one of the littler guys - they can be a huge amount of fun!
