And all it took was an hours fast walk complete with mad racing session with a new best friend we met on the way, followed by an emotional pub lunch (for Henry that is - it's hard work trying to scrounge food, especially when it is totally unsucessful...), followed by another 2 hour walk in the woods with much chasing of deer, birds, bunnies squirrels and anything else that moved...

He actually seems to be tired!!!!! Hope he isn't sickening for something

This is a first for us as you can tell

He is a Cocker Spaniel:) I have been getting him lean and fit as he was obese when I got him but the trouble is as he gets fitter he gets more energetic! It is great to see him happy though, Mum reckons he is having a second puppyhood... she was a bit less sympathetic when he knocked her over completely last weekend playing with a second crazed spaniel

I would have had a celebration dance but he might have woken up...! He seems to have recovered this morning though, is currently snuggling up to try and make amends for stealing the washing and several key bits of garden while totoally ignoring all his legal toys, and then getting tangled up in the computer cables and nearly garotting himself (and breaking the computer!)
