I found "D" the most comfy, tried on loads at Burghley before giving in to temptataion & buying Dubarry. Don't regret for a mo. My feet have never been so warm & dry all winter. Love them - even for shopping at supermarket!!

I've got the Airats and absolutely love them! They are only £179.99 on www.shoeandboot.com which is where I got them from, but tried them on in my local saddlery first who never got me a pair after promising to order some for me (they were more expensive there anyway!)

Why not get more Woof Thermals? Assuming you have the long legged version like me, I like them becasue they don't immediately look countrified or horsy, they remind me of biker boots.

But if you have your heart set on a posher pair, I'd go for the Ariats on looks alone. I have a secret yearning for them despite my exstolling the virtures of the afoementioned Woofs!

Dubarrys...look good, comfortable, last for ages.
I've had mine for over 2 years and they are great...wear them loads, occ wash them in puddles!!!

Have a look at the Dubarry Clares - they look more like a riding boot and are the most comfortable thing I've ever worn - problem is I don't have them off long enough to ever clean them

Enjoy your new boots whichever you go for !!!

I am very lucky & have both the Dubarry's & Ariat Grasmere's. If I could only have 1 pair I would have the Grasmere's. I have lived in them all winter. They've kept my feet toasty warm for the first time ever & they feel like putting slippers on

I still love my Dubarry's & use them loads for walking, poping down the yard, when I went skiing etc but don't use them for everyday down the yard.

I have had a much cheaper pair for two years, wear them when riding if not going 'posh'. They are waterproof and warm, got them from the Yorkshire Clothing stall at a local show for £75!
