Sorry for being a little over excited. My mare foaled when I was at the other end of the country so I've been waiting on tenterhooks to go and see him. He's by Silvermoon (Blue Hors Matine's sire) and out of my PSG mare Stolen Silver. He's huge! He can't walk under his mum any more and he is only 2 days old. He's also cheeky and rather feisty. If you scratch his bum he does baby bucks. LOL!

His stable name is going to be Jericho which means City of the Moon which I thought was rather appropriate (shortened to either Jerry or Eric depending on how cheeky he is) and his show name will be Stolen Silverlign as 4 planets aligned in the sky for the first time in 100 years on the night he was born. :)

Look at the size of him! He is lovely, and I am sure you would have gone for another if the semen was available.

Well done on the name too, you couldn't make it up with the planets and 'Moon' in the stallions name.
 
Thank you everyone, I'm so excited about him. :)

I think he will go grey as he is a dark liver chestnut at the moment rather than foal coloured, there are usually some baby blonde hairs somewhere on foals that will stay coloured. But he hasn't got any grey hairs round his eyes so I'm not entirely sure. I will keep you posted. :)
 
Thankyou everyone. :) Even though he isn't a girl I'm going to keep this one. Hopefully he can follow in his mum's footsteps.

He is half Irish Simsar. His mum is O'Sullivan RID x Top Star xx. And dad is a Trakehner so sort of TBish maybe? :) Does that help? :)
 
I knew about the lovely ID/TB blood, but unfortunately the other side doesn't help :) but still a VERY quiet WOW! :)
 
He is absolutely beautiful! Such a gorgeous boy :D Mum reckons Charlie's going bay with all of her fleabitten-ness ;) She's looking as lovely as ever, I love Charlie! :D xxx
