i have had just one of those really bad days when everything you touch goes wrong, yesturday my TB mare came in from the field witha fat fetlock although she is still sound
& then today after having a morning of rushing around being late and forgeting everything important my sharer rings to say the WB holly is lying down and cant/wont get up so i rush down to there field to find a very sore little horse with very obvious signs of lami
& probably rotation, so after calling vet and dragging the poor thing up to the lorry so i can move her up to yard with mine & swap her with the already broken welsh pony who did a check in the summer (he thought he was going sjing and ran in the lorry bless him!).
I hate lami so much ive kept holly off any blade of grass she is in a mud paddock with just hay, this morning when i checked the ponies they were all fine and then suddenly it came to much for her, on wed night we took her sjing and she stopped which is rare & i thought her back was out, but clearly she was in pain then and just wasnt showing and signs. So as soon as she is more comfortable of to the vets for X-rays to show the damage done
SO please can i have some famous HHO vibes for Holly & hope the damage isnt to bad
a glass of cheap wine for getting this far.... (it has to be cheap im affraid as i think this will be a big vets bill)
