I've inherited a horse and its equiptment from a family member who had died. They had known I loved and wanted one of their horses so they left him to me in there will and i took him on. The horse is a jet black Andalusian stallion, 6 years old at 17.1hh. He has been in training to become a stunt horse and is showing amazing enthusiam and talent for that carrer path but it is becoming very expensive. Although i do have some experance in training trick horses and ponies, I feel that training him myself will not be sufficent with the level he was previously learning at. I sent him to a spanish riding school for three weeks to learn some of there high school movements and he did fantasticly, but it cost a nucler bomb! The riding school offered to buy him off me for a LOT of money but i said i would have to think about it. I love this horse like a member of my family, i have always beleved that a pet was for life. To sell him would break my heart but i don't want to see his amazing talents go to waste

. I could teach him the basics of trick riding as i am a capable stunt rider, but he could go on to do so much more!!!! I don't know what to do?

I was once told to remember that Horses don't have ambition, only humans do!

So taking that into account and the fact that you think so much of him, why not just enjoy him for what he is and keep him? He sounds a fabulous boy.

Seriously guys, please don't feed. I'm sure that Admin will be catching up soon. Easy to use other IP addresses, isn't it OP.

To the OP, I'm not surprised the Spanish Riding School offered you £££s for him if he managed to learn all the high school movements in 3 weeks when all he's done is be a stunt horse before. With intelligence like that, you could probably teach him to read and write before Xmas!

Hmm would the Spanish riding school really want a jet black horse?

now be fair. The op said 'a' spanish riding school, not 'the' spanish riding school.
Might have been the new (un publicised) branch in ackrington stanley
