But it's too good for what I'm looking for! :(:(:(

Damnit. lol!

Anyone else had this happen and turned a horse down for it being too good for what you need? [Well, not for ME, but looking for another friend!]

So if anyone's looking for what seems to be a gorgious looking practically perfect mannered 13 y\o [or maybe 11? I can't remember!]14hh fell, dream confidence giver, to handle ride....perfect happy hacker for any rider, also happy to jump and school etc. Send me a pm and I'll forward you the email if you want! He's up for 2.5k but happy to do a 3 month trial loan beforehand also as she's so confident in him!

If I had 2.5k [and didn't have hairy cob obv!!] I would so get him myself lol.

Why is he "too good". Does that mean too expensive? Or just that he can do more than his prospective owner? Horses don't know if they are using their full potential. A good safe horse, even if it is a bit "better" than their rider, is gold dust.

Too good and not suitable as I'm looking for an older, almost ready to retire neddy to just be fussed over and maybe taken for a short walk out once or twice a week. So too good for what I'm looking for in that aspect.

Plus 2.5k for a horse that we're looking to do the above on doesn't really warrant that price tag sadly!
