Had a lovely ride today.
We can only walk as he is still on box rest but we had a lesson in the school with my instructor, who is his old owner and she thought he looked fab. Has a couple of squeals and spooks but soon settled. We then went for a walk round the village with my friend's horse and he didn't put a hoof wrong.
Not bad for a horse who hasn't been out for nearly 3 weeks and has only been ridden about half a dozen times since June. Its a bit out of character but long may it continue!
