Just tried to hitch up the trailer and for some strange reason the key wont go into the hitch. It was working fine before Christmas, we have tried both keys and neither will go in........ Has anyone got any ideas

Hi, yes we tried that. Its most strange, just suddenly wont fit!!

Assume you're not below freezing wherever you are?
Or you're not trying to use the jockey door keys (like I have done in the past)?

Ah. Make sure the hitch is sitting straight , if it's slightly to the left or right mine won't go in or it will and it won't turn to unlock . Took me rather a long morning to work that one out .
