Izzy's first outing

YAY!

I took Izzy to a party for the first time ever, it was dressage and therefore a bit dull, but perfect to find out how she behaves out and about.

She barely batted an eye at anything! I was so pleased with her I could burst. (Its such a nice change from my event mare!) Admittedly we didn't do the nicest dressage tests as I was concentrating on making sure that it didn't stress her out rather than getting the nice paces and transitions that she can do.

So just a little hurrah for Izzy and myself for managing to keep our cool at our first competition

She is Foresters mare, she is six but had a foal last year and before that had only been walked and trotted around the forest, so technically still a baby.

Yay!!! *ahem* dressage in not dull . . . . dressage is quite magical. When I get things right in my next incarnation, I'm going to be Anky Van Grunsven's main rival!!!!
