Feeling like a dressage diva after a nice result at an unaffliated competition last night, I was wondering about a new jacket for dressage. The current one I use is a hunting weight wool navy jacket - smart but very hot. My mare's grey hairs stick to it like glue too - any recommendations please? Also (daft question) the shirts with a collar already attached (are they called stock shirts?) can they be adapted to wear with a stock (which does look smart) or is that not the point? Thanks

I have the Pikeur Diana in the "cool wool" fabric. It is a gorgeous jacket, very well cut and not at all hot.

You can just tie a stock around the collar - they usually have a little button on the front for attaching the stock to, but if it doesn't you could always sew one on.

I have a Cavallo dressage jacket which is so comfortable to ride in and not as hot as the Dublin one I used to have. The shirt I have is the Toggi Xtreme on which is fab

If you want 'easy care' go onto the RTS Sportline website.

They do a washable jacket which is almost identical to the Pikeur one I think it's called the 'Piaffe'. I had one which was sadly too small so returned it but it was nicely cut, lovely quality and very smart for the money which was 60 euros in the sale. It came very quickly in the post and theyve got lots of other lovely stuff on there too!
