Jacket sizes

Can any one explain show jackets sizes to me?

I'm so confused
34? 36?

I want a 16 but I'm not sure what that translates to!

Any help please!

I think a size 16 would be about a 40 - but some do advertise in 'dress' sizing, or give a size chart.

I think 34 is around a 12 and 36 is a 14, so I would agree if you're a 16 then 40 would be what your looking for. I'm not sure but I think the sizing is around the boobs.

Measure yourself around your bust line in inches - thats the number.
