Jaguar Dressage Saddle - how much?

Not sure what the market is doing at the moment regarding used saddles. Can anyone help me price this?

Jaguar XKC Close Contact dressage saddle. 18" wide - black.
2 years old - very lightly used and horse in and out of work intermittently. It's been looked after and is in beautiful condition.

What is the going rate for these and is the best place EBAY?

We sold one on the British dressage website for £950. It is not expensive to advertise on there and you will be hitting the right people.

I bought a similar one from Chris Gohl last year for £1250. Had very little use before I bought it though.

I should, have added that the saddle was in very good condition and that we drove it about 30 miles for the buyer to try on and ride on. It sold to the very first person so it was worth it. We had bought the saddle new from Chris Gohl but had changed horse.

Can I just say Jaguar saddles are the best I have a dressage and jumping one. Love them!!

Agree with Divasmum - I've always had a really good response from the BD website when I've had a couple of saddles to sell- Its free and you can add photo's too.

For a Jaguar I reckon you'd get around £900-£950 mark, maybe a little more, but a lot less via Ebay. I noticed a secondhand Jaguar at the saddlers the other day which was in beautiful condition and that was up for £1250 so you never know.

I had a saddler out to get a new saddle the other day and she said that saddles don't seem to be selling at the moment, even secondhand, and that as a result there aren't waiting lists like there normally are for new saddles.
