Looks like they're charging him with all sorts - I didn't know Kent Trading Standards had brought charges against him. Can only be a good thing, if he's found guilty.

I just hope this doesn't mean that the RSPCA case against him is weak and they're worried they won't get a conviction. If that were the case, they might have asked all the other authorities to get involved to make sure he's charged with something related. Fingers crossed that isn't the case!
 
I cant see how MyJack can possibly run to his defence. I believe it was him who accused me of being 'incorrect' in so many words when I stated that JG was no stranger to court proceedings for cruelty in the past.

I dont make statements like that lightly and am assured of the FACTS before posting, something My Jack appears to have a problem with.
 
But is it me or has myjack gone very quite for a longtime???

Blimey though he is getting it from all angles, this can only be a good thing I hope.
 
I have heard alot about this forum and the way the Gray family have been slandered so heres my two pennies worth.

Until you know all the details of the case, you may wish to refrain from commenting.

And I have seen some of myjacks comments and I wholeheartedly agree with what he/she has been saying.

Wise up - he has SEVERAL charges being brought against him so he is certainly no saint.

Innocent til proven guilty maybe - but he must be doing something to get the attention of the authorites.
 
Any forum that finds it unacceptable to prosecute that malignant old woman who caused all that suffering to horses is deranged.
Any points of concern about the RSPCA are lost under an avalanche of bias and bigotted ignorance.
Not a lot of ANIMAL welfare going on in that site, is there?

Seriously, if you are that close to the case and know things that will make JG be seen in a different light than why not just say what you know??

Instead of being rude to people who do not share your views, how about you actually share the knowledge you seem to have??

I was shot down completely by a lot of people when i mentioned that he had been in court before....I was called every name under the sun ,but i just took it since i KNEW that it would all come out in the end

I was pointing out the thread regarding discussing a sub judice legal matter on an open forum.

I admit, I could have said, please read the linked post in my original post but as I had made it quite clear and not hidden it in a longer post, I naturally assumed that a person that could read English would be able to understand HHO Admin's sticky. There were also references (prior to my post) that an earlier thread on this subject had been removed earlier today yet people persisted in posting comments.

Not rude and not arrogant. If I was going to be, believe me I would.

Tell me, how do you feel your first day on the Forum has gone?
 
Well being that I don't know all that has been going on here I'm not sure how things were meant to be very clear to me personally. I wasn't looking at anything other than what you said to me.

How do I think my first day has gone?....honestly? AWFUL.
