theres some pretty strong stuff going on in the latest news and esther forum... think i read that he pleased not guilty to 2 accounts and then is being summoned back to court on the 9 may. hopefully someone else will confirm for sure...
let us just hope that between now and then - if that may date is right - he doesn't get any new horses
I wonder if the RSPCA (or anyone) is keeping an eye on those fields and that farm to see if new horses arrive 'cos someone else mentioned that JG had been seen at a sale I think
how can he think that by leaving them with an immovable vehicle due to slashed tyres that he wasn't obstructing them from doing their job - that's just silly
and so is the fact that he assaulted a police officer - when about 10 other police, rspca officers and vets saw him do it!
if it is taking until the 9th of May to get him back in to court for those fairly minor charges, just imagine how long it is going to take to do him for each case of cruelty!
Its madness, utter madness! All the evidence is there, lock him up and through away the key! If this was humans invloved and not horses, he would not be walking the streets right now!

Yes he has been spotted at the sales in Iver buying new horses,been told that he got properties and contacts a little bit every where,a worm like him will find every loop hole there is to continue with his dirty business...

Prosecutions can take a long time to come to court - and I think this one will not see the inside of a court room for around a year to 18 months.
You have to gather evidence, witness statmenst etc. and ensure you have a good case before prosecuting. Better to take a little while to do it and get it right, than rush it and balls it up.

Thats right...the horse case can take up to a year before it goes to court...fingers crossed that there will be justice for those poor horses/ponies and donkeys that now got a new chance in life..
