Hello,
I am thinking of buying a Jeremy Rudge dressage saddle type FB. I do not know this saddlery. Can somebody tell me something about the quality of the saddle, likes and dislikes and the service level of the saddlery?
Thank you!

My horse came with a Jeremy Rudge event saddle. Even though I think its quite old, the quality is excellent, I've just had it reflocked and the girth straps replaced and its good as new! I'd never heard of the brand before, and I don't know anyone else with one but I'm pleased with mine, although personally I'd prefer a GP. The only drawback I've found is that the saddle flaps look slightly short, but then I've got quite long legs. Would you be getting it custom made to fit you and your horse?

Hello.
I would certainly recommend Jeremy Rudge over Albion, or any other saddler any day! I cannot sing their praises highly enough!

I am recovering from a severe back injury and was told I could never ride again however, after consultation with the Jeremy Rudge team, I have a custom made saddle to accommodate and alleviate my problems and my horse's, who also has a back problem.

They are very knowledgeable and flexible, all aspects of my saddle was tailored to me and my horse right down to a custom made tree. Not only does my saddle, and bridle look stunning it feels wonderful too. The team comprises of a saddle fitter so even if you buy from one of their lines rather than something individually specified, it will be tailored to you and your horse. Great after sales service too!

I wouldn't go anywhere else now, although the saddle is so well made I don't think I will be needing another for many years to come.
