JHL Chambon fitting

I’ve just bought one of these for my 14.2 cob. The size is cob/full but it’s so long, the only way I’ll make this fit is to punch holes and perhaps tie knots in the cord. Has anyone else experienced this. Fully fitted on tightest settings it’s looping Dow to her knee.

Wrong size I’d say. Return it and get a smaller one. I wouldn’t be knotting it personally.

That’s my thoughts but it seems to be the only size. I think it must be faulty.
