Terribly sad news - Jim Cronin, the ape rescuer and founder of Monkey World has died of liver cancer. What a loss. Monkey World have created a Jim Cronin Memorial Fund and anybody who would like to send a donation will find the address on their website or just send to Monkey World, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 6HH.

I saw that in todays papers and its very sad, we could do with a few more people like him who are happy to stand up for what they truelly believe. May his work continue and my thoughts go to his wife.
