Ok I am posting this as I am so peeved with what is taking so long with the AT hearing that I must ask see the link below:

Link

Now this jockey only (I use that term loosely) kicked the horse, and he is being disciplined within days of the occurence at least his error of judgement did not cause his horse to be PTS! Why are the eventing federation sitting on their laurels about this!

It's just so wrong the AT time delay......................
Least the jockey held his hands up saying he has done wrong, though wont have harmed the horse.

absolutely

but that is the Jockey Club and not the USEF

yet the USA Jockey Club banned Kieron Fallon a flat jockey from riding in the USA pending the result of a court case here for race fixing

Yet he was supposed to be innocent until proven guilty

Seems the Jockey Clubs have more 'balls' than the USEF

the jockey club does seem to have a bit more in the balls dept, maybe USEF could do some inhouse training with them and start being accountable.

i agree with all the above! this horse wasn't even injured! the jockey has balls as well being able to admit to his mistake! the USEF need some training on how to more gutsy when it comes to things about horses welfare!!!!!!!!
