Jodhpur boots, saggy elastic.....

As title, my old faithful joddie boots need new elastic sides.
Has anyone ever done this?,
They fit well, and the soles have been repaired. Reluctant to bin them, just need more support round the ankle area.
Ideas please, also any recommendations where to get them done.Thank you.

Maybe take them to a shoe repair somewhere -I am sure they could replace the elastic sides? I have had the zips of my boots replaced before.
