So very sorry to read this. I used to know John when he lived in Kent. I worked in a small yard at weekends whilst still at school where a Point to pointer was stabled and John used to ride the horse in races. We all used to go off racing together. This was around 1969 to 1970. He was such a lovely young man and was always very kind and friendly to me a very young 16 year old school girl. Condolences to his friends and family.

So sad, I loved taking the boys to see him driving the Norwich Union mail coach, his greys were totally awesome, my goodness that was some years ago! RIP John
