I own a perfect in my eyes older mare an angel of the horse world!

BUT she is now a little bit stiff now the cold weather is setting in...

I use Joint Aid for dogs for my Labrador who could barely walk without it, so I was wondering if anyone has used the horsey equivelent?

Is it any good?

It has all the good stuff in it that I've learnt is helpful for joints so is it worth a try?

Also any alternative ideas would be grand...

Thanks all

I don't know of anyone who has used it, but at £1.70 per day (if my maths is right) seems pretty expensive.

Aviform's Glucosomine HCL is much cheaper and very effective, as is their Supplease Gold.

not sure how accurate it is but on the website it seems to think its 25p a day...

My dog is also on half the recommended dose of it so not sure if you'd "have" to give as much as they recommend...

Thanks I'll have a look at Aviform's glucosomine.
