Joint supplement help pretty please?

I am looking to put my 17.2 wb gelding onto a joint supplement, he is a 6yo eventing at novice

I have been looking into NAF 5 star super flex and cortaflex Ha

Does anyone have any advice or experience with these or any recommendations for other supplements etc?

I have heard that apple cider vinegar is good. I am going to start feeding it to my 8 yr old mare as she is a heavy breed and I want something to keep her joints healthy
